Information you choose to share

Checking a ZIP does not require contact details. If a participating business is available, we show its name before asking for your name, email, optional phone number and project details. We retain the consent text and the business you selected. Business and contact inquiries are stored so we can respond.

How we use it

We use request details to match, deliver and administer the request, prevent duplicates, handle disputes and protect the service. We share a request with the named participating business only after your consent. Businesses may pay us for leads. They use your details to respond to your request under their own privacy practices. We do not use this form as consent to unrelated marketing.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers process connection information, including IP addresses. We use short-lived hashed identifiers for abuse prevention. The matching interface does not require advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. We keep daily totals of availability checks, forms shown and completed requests to improve the service. These totals contain no contact details, ZIP codes, IP addresses or visitor identifiers.

Retention and your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion using our contact form. We may retain records needed for transaction disputes, security or legal obligations while minimizing personal details. Please identify the email used for your request; we will verify a request before releasing or deleting information. Do not submit information about children.
